I led creative on a global pitch for TikTok, developing a scalable campaign system designed to live seamlessly across social, digital and out-of-home environments.

The brief required work that could flex across multiple formats and international markets while remaining unmistakably TikTok. I created a suite of concept-led assets including DOOH motion videos, H5 experiences and digital banners, all built from a central visual idea that could adapt to different cultural and language contexts. A key challenge was ensuring the work translated effectively across global markets including France, Indonesia and Saudi Arabia. This meant designing modular layouts and motion principles that could flex for language length, reading direction and cultural nuance without losing impact or consistency.

I presented the work in person as part of the pitch team, clearly articulating the creative rationale, system thinking and global scalability of the idea. The pitch was successfully won, bringing around £1M in new business into the agency.
